1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You are not satisfied with the product due to quality or mismatch with product description/images.
  • The return is initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Note:
Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images of the item (in case of damage or defect)
  3. Wait for our customer service team to verify the issue and approve your return request.
  4. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions or a pickup schedule.

3. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For all other reasons (such as change of mind or dissatisfaction), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

Please ensure that the item is packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive a notification confirming the return.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund.
  • The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 4–5 working days after approval.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take longer during bank holidays or due to payment gateway delays.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original parts
  • Any item returned after the 7-day window without prior approval

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us via phone or email.
  • Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and must go through the return process.
